Return Policy

 Return Policy Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.  No returns will be accepted unless prior written authorization has been granted.  Backyard Expressions will determine reason for return.  If due to a product defect or shipping error due to Backyard Expressions, then Backyard Expressions will issue a full credit and pay shipping costs for the return.  If product is returned for any other reason,  the customer is responsible for shipping costs of return and restocking fee of  10% of Cost of Goods may be deducted from refund. Product is to be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Please included the order number at which the item was purchased from Backyard Expressions. Once the product has been received in resellable condition, refund will be issued to card used for payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show on account.

Warranty

 

DDI/Backyard-Expressions  WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON DDI's PART.

DDI NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT, ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF ANY PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY DDI, Backyard-Expressions OR ANY PRODUCT DIVISION OF DDI.

CATEGORIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO OUTDOOR PATIO FURNITURE, SHADE STRUCTURES, STORAGE SHELTERS, FENCING, UMBRELLAS, SEATING, TABLES, FIRE PITS, OUTDOOR GRILLS AND INDOOR FURNITURE TO INCLUDE STOOLS, TABLES, CHAIRS, LOUNGERS, STORAGE FURNITURE, DINING SETS, OUTDOOR DECOR, CUSHIONS, PLANTERS, UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE INCLUDING RECLINERS AND OFFICE CHAIRS.

PRODUCT WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT OR ANY PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE, ALTERATION, ABUSE OR MISUSE, OR TO PRODUCT SOLD AS-IS, END OF SEASON, OPEN BOX, OR OTHER SUBSTANTIALLY DISCOUNTED PRODUCT.

DDI MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT TO ACCESSORIES OR PARTS NOT SUPPLIED BY US.

DDI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY DDI.

PRODUCT LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF DDI AND LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

*PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS. PLEASE SEND EMAIL TO: ddiparts@ddicorp.com  - PLEASE ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. ALSO, INCLUDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION RELATING TO DEFECT AND ATTACH ANY IMAGES OF DEFECT.

WARRANTY CLAIMS RECEIVED 90 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE DATE (RECEIPT REQUIRED) MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COSTS AND ARE ASSESSED BY THE WARRANTY CLAIM DEPARTMENT.
